Important Warnings
Clomipramine should be used with caution in patients with medical history, especially of glaucoma, prostate problems, decreased urine output, thyroid disease, breathing problems, seizure, alcohol use, heart disease, mental or emotional problems, liver or kidney disease and of any drug allergy
This medication can increase sensitivity to sunlight, avoid prolonged sun exposure, wear sunscreen and protective clothing
It should be used with caution in elderly persons because they are usually more sensitive to the effects of this medication
This drug should be used during pregnancy or lactation only if clearly needed
