How It Works
IV injection or administer as IV continuous infusion. 25-50 .09 over 24hours. Can be mixed with solutions forinfusion such as NS or DOW.
How to Take It

250 to 750 mg — 8 hourly

0.5 to 1 g — 8 hourly
