How It Works
For IV infusion: Give intermittently in Sodium chloride 0.9%. Allow vial to reach room temperature; initially reconstitute each vial with 10.5mL water for injections, mixing gently to dissolve then dilute requisite dose in 250 ml infusion fluid (35- or 50-mg doses may be diluted in 100 ml infusion fluid if necessary); give over 60 minutes; incompatible with glucose solutions.)
How to Take It

50 mg — 24 hourly
An initial dose of 70 mg by i.v.-infusion is given followed by 50 mg i.v. daily. If no response is seen or if inducers of caspofungin clearance are coadministered the daily dose may be increased to
