Hydrocortisone also known as Hydrocortisona, Hydrocortisone Valerate, Hydrocortisone Valerate are the derivatives of Hydrocortisone. It is of Natural origin and belongs to Steroid. Acne, perioral dermatitis, widespread plaque psoriasis, rosacea, bacterial, fungal or viral skin lesions such as impetigo, paronychia, erysipelas, cellulitis, angular cheilitis, erythrasma, treatment of rosacea, peri-oral dermatitis or acne, use on face, groin or axilla
Important Warnings
Avoid prolonged use, keep away from eyes, under specialist supervision in psoriasis (can result in rebound relapse, development of generalized pustular psoriasis, and local and systemic toxicity)
Do not use steroid as sole therapy in psoriasis
Do not use steroids to treat diaper dermatoses in infants
If local irritation develops discontinue use
