History of angioneurotic oedema associated with ACE therapy, hereditary or idiopathic angioneu-rotic oedema, severe renal or hepatic failure, renal artery stenosis, hyperkalaemia/hypokalaemia, hepatic encephalopathy, sulphonamide sensitivity, haemodialysis uncompensated heart failure
