Acute diffuse infiltrative pulmonary disease, pericardial disease

Important Warnings

Moderate to severe hepatic impairment
monitor for toxicity, renal impairment, amyloidosis, cardiovascular disease, tiviral prophylaxis for herpes zoster infection, dehydration, diabetes, history of syncope, pulmonary disease, risk factors for seizures, risk of neuropathy
Monitor blood-glucose concentration in patients on oral antidiabetics
Monitor for symptoms of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
Chest x-ray recommended before treatment to monitor for pulmonary disease
