How It Works
Infuse over 30-60 min; rapid infusion may cause severe venous irritation. Reconstitute with a minimum of 2 ml (100 mg vial) or 4 ml (200 mg vial) of SWFI, D5W, or NS. Dilute to a concentration of 10 mg/ml. Standard IV dilution: 250-500 ml D5W or NS.
How to Take It

2 to 4.5 mg/kg — 24 hourly
For 10 Days, repeated per month

You should not use dacarbazine if you are allergic to it
Tell your doctor if you have ever had: liver disease
a bleeding or blood clotting disorder
or bone marrow suppression
It is not known whether dacarbazine will harm an unborn baby
Important Warnings
Dacarbazine can increase your risk of bleeding or infection
Call your doctor if you have unusual bruising or bleeding, or new signs of infection (fever, weakness, cough, diarrhea , burning when you urinate)

Storage
Inj (reconstituted soln) Store at room temperature or refrigerator. Protect from Sunlight. Use within 3 days (at4C) if refrigerated and within 8 hrs if kept at room temperature.
