Important Warnings
Hepatic or severe renal impairment (reduced dose), diabetes, susceptibility to QT-interval prolongation, epilepsy, ECT, mania, risk of bleeding, narrow-angle glaucoma, or history of glaucoma
Monitor for suicidal ideation
Dose increases may be detrimental in patients who develop akathisia
