Patients with known hypersensitivity to drug, women, children and adolescents, patients with a history of orthostatic hypotension, severe hepatic impairment
Important Warnings
Since selective alpha-blockers reduce blood pressure, patients receiving antihypertensive treatment may require reduced dosage and specialist supervision, cardiovascular disease, caution required in patients with prostate cancer and high grade tumours, elderly and in patients with hepatic impairment and renal impairment
Caution required in cataract surgery (risk of intra-operative floppy iris syndrome)
Side Effects
