How to Take It

320 mg daily — As recommended.
Doses should be reduced if patient has kidney problem.

Avoid use in patients with uncorrected hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia, bradycardia, acute myocardial ischaemia (may prolong QT interval) or at risk of seizures
discontinue in patients who experience significant CNS adverse effects
Tendon inflammation and/or rupture have been reported
