Important Warnings

Use topical decongestant (tetrahydrozoline) only in acute conditions, not longer than 3 to 5 days
It should be use sparingly in all patients, especially in infants, children and in cardiac patients
Avoid in Narrow angle Glaucoma, May cause temporary mydriasis, Use caution in hypertension, CAD, DM and hyperthyroidism
