How It Works
Dilute the contents of 1-2 ampoules in 250-500 ml of saline or glucose solution, and administer intravenously through drip perfusion set; infusion speed: 25-35 drops/min. Do not administer other preparations in the same bottle. Undesired effects can be minimised by using the shortest possible treatment needed to control symptoms. Therapy should be performed exclusively in hospital.

Active GI bleeding and ulceration, history of GIbleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy, history of recurrent GI haemorrhage or ulceration (two or more distinct episodes), severe heart failure, history of GIT lesions, aspirin or anti-inflammatory drug-induced allergy

Renal or hepatic impairment, allergic disorders, avoid rectal administration in haemorrhoids and proctitis, cardiac impairment, cerebrovascular disease, coagulation defects, connective-tissue disorders, Crohns disease (may be exacerbated),elderly, epilepsy, heart failure, ischaemic heart disease, parkinsonism, peripheral arterial disease, psychiatric disturbances, risk factors for cardiovascular events, ulcerative colitis (may be exacerbated), uncontrolled hypertension, CNS disorders
