Mefloquine (HCl) is contraindicated in conditions like Epilepsy, Psychiatric disease, Hypersensitivity, History of depression, History of psychosis, Schizophrenia
Important Warnings
Mefloquine should be used with caution in patients with any psychiatric disorders, heart problems, seizure disorders and any allergy, especially allergy to other drugs
It should be used with caution in children
It should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy or lactation
