How It Works

Macrolide

Natamycin also known as Pimaricin. It is of Semi Synthetic origin and belongs to Macrolide. The Molecular Weight of Natamycin is 665.75. It is weakly acidic drug.

How to Take It

Adult · Buccal (Lozenges)
10 mg — 24 hourly
For oral candidiasis.

Adult · PO
400 mg — As recommended.
Preferably in divided doses. (For intestinal candidiasis)

Adult · Topical (Ophthalmic)
5 % — As recommended.
For Belpharitis and Conjunctivivtis.
