How to Take It

primary aldosteronism
aortic or mitral stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, may impair glucose tolerance, he-reditary fructose intolerance, ischaemic cardiopathy or CV disease
Monitor serum K in patients at risk of hyperkalaemia
