How to Take It

5 to 10 mg — 24 hourly
Use 2.5 mg/dose QD PO, in small & fragile geriatric patients or those with hepatic insufficiency.Maximum dose: 10 mg/24hr

Salt or volume depletion, severe congestive heart failure, renal disease, renal artery stenosis, aortic or mitral valve stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, primary aldosteronism
Mild to moderate renal impairment
