How to Take It

Adult · PO
25 mg — 12 hourly
Gradually increased to 225 mg if necessary. Frequency may be increased upto 3 times/day if needed.
Safety Alerts
Acute alcohol, barbiturate and opiate intoxications, narrow angle glaucoma, immediate recovery phase after myo-cardial infarction, defects in bundle-branch conduction, excitable or overactive patients
Patients who have received a MAO-inhibitor within two weeks
Important Warnings
Previously treatment with tranquilizers with sedative effect should be withdrawn gradually
