Active GI bleeding and ulceration, history of GI bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy, history of recurrent GI haemorrhage or ulceration (two or more distinct episodes), inflammatory bowel disease, severe heart failure, severe renal impairment, Aspirin/anti- inflammatory induced allergy
