How It Works
Before use, propofol should be shaken well. It may be administered undiluted by IV injection or infusion or diluted with dextrose 5% to not less than 2 mg/ml, avoid abrupt discontinuation, avoid using with blood or blood products through the same IV catheter.
How to Take It

Adult · IV Inf
200 to 500 mg — As recommended.
As Required

Child · IV Infusion
0.125 to 0.3 mg/kg.min — As recommended.
Maintenance, As Required

2.5 to 3.5 mg/kg.min — As recommended.
