Active or recurrent GI bleeding or ulceration or GI haemorrhage, cerebrovascular disease, history of GI bleeding or GI perforation related to previous NSAID therapy, ischaemic heart disease, heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, moderate to severe renal impairment
