Side Effects
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hivesdifficult breathingswelling of your facelipstongueor throat. Ranolazine may cause serious side effects. Call your doctor at once if you have: a light-headed feelingfast or pounding heartbeatsfluttering in your chestshortness of breathand sudden dizziness (like you might pass out)or kidney problems --swellingurinating lessfeeling tired or short of breath. Common side effects of ranolazine may include: nauseaconstipationheadache
