Renal or hepatic impairment, hepatitis B or C, haemophilia, lipid disorders, pancreatitis, diabetes, cardiac conduction disorders, patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease (especially if10-year cardiovascular risk greater than 20%), structural heart disease, haemophilia (increased risk of bleeding)
