How It Works
IM: Inject deep IM into large muscle mass. IV: Inject direct IV over 5 min. Infuse intermittent infusion over 30-60 min.

500 to 1000 mg — 6 hourly

25 to 50 mg/kg — 8 hourly
Maximum of 100mg/kg.
