Myelosuppression, hepatic impairment, uncontrolled or significant cardiac disease, history of pancreatitis, patients with total gastrectomy, tumourlysis syndrome, galactose intolerance, severe lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption,hepatitis B infection, history of pancreatitis, susceptibility to QT-interval prolongation (including electrolyte disturbances)
