How to Take It

Mild to moderate renal or hepatic impairment, progressive liver disease, renovascular hypertension, kidney transplant, intravascular vol-ume depletion, severe congestive heart failure, renal artery stenosis, primary aldosteronism, aortic or mitral stenosis, obstructive cardiomyopathy, diabetes
