Important Warnings
Since selective alpha-blockers reduce blood pressure, patients receiving antihypertensive treatment may require reduced dosage and specialist supervision
Caution required in cataract surgery (risk of intra-operative floppy iris syndrome), elderly and in patients with hepatic impairment and renal impairment
