Hepatitis B co-infection, renal impairment, decompensated cirrhosis, patients awaiting liver transplantation
Serious symptomic bradycardia may occur in patients taking amiodarone, particularly in patients also receiving beta blockers, or those with underlying cardiac comorbidities and/or advance liver disease
