How to Take It

75 mg — As recommended.
Usually in 2-3 divided doses. Dose may be increased to 150 mg after several weeks if necessary.

Patients should also be advised to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.VORICONAZOLEVoriconazole may increase the serum concentration of venlafaxine by decreasing its metabolism. Monitor for changes in the therapeutic and adverse effects Vortioxetineincreases toxicity of vortioxetineuse alternative These interactions are sometimes beneficial and sometimes may pose threats to life.
