How It Works
For IV administration only, usually as a slow (2-3 min) push, or a bolus (5-15 min) infusion. It is occasionally given as a 24-hour continuous infusion. Reconstitute to a cone of 1 mg/ml with bacteriostatic water, bacteriostatic NS, SWFI, NS, or D5W; for infusion, may be diluted with 50-1000 ml NS or D5W.
How to Take It

Adult · IV
100 ug/ sq.meter — As recommended.
Once in a Week

Child · Intra Venous
2.5 to 6 mg/sq.meter — As recommended.
Once every 1-2 weeks for 3-6 Weeks
