Severe hepatic impairment, active bleeding such as peptic ulcer or intracranial haemorrhage

Important Warnings

Patients at risk of increased bleeding from trauma, surgery, or other pathological conditions, renal impairment, moderate hepatic impairment surgery
Risk of bleeding and blood dyscrasias, per-form blood counts promptly if suspected and when used with other drugs or conditions that affect bleeding
Warn patients to report unusual bleeding
Discontinue 7 days before elective surgery if anti platelet effect not desirable
