Severe renal or hepatic impairment, hypersensitivity to fluoropyrimidines or fluorouracil
Dihydropy-rimidine dehydrogenase deficiency, severe leucopenia, neutropenia or thrombocytopenia

Mild to moderate hepatic impairment
Moderate renal impairment
