Prinzmetals angina, severe hypertension, transient ischaemic attack, ischaemic heart disease, previous, cerebrovascular accident, previous myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias associated with accessory cardiac conduction pathways, coronary vasospasm, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome

Hepatic impairment
max dose 5 mg in 24 hrs
Conditions which predispose to coronary artery disease, risk factors of ischaemic attack, elderly, should not be taken within 24 hours of any other 5HT1-receptor agonist
