How to Take It

Adult · PO
50 to 50 mg — 12 hourly
Take with food. If CrCl is less then 30ml/min then reduce the dose to 25mg per day.

History of hypersensitivity to anthraquinone derivatives, pregnancy, kidney dysfunct
Important Warnings
Not to be taken concomitantly with laxatives
Reduce dose in patients with renal insufficiency
Monitor CBC, LFT and urine analysis every 6 months
