history of migraine accompanied by visual symptoms, speech disability, weakness or numbness, sickle-cell anaemia, pancreatitis

Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, varicose veins, superficial phlebitis, osteosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, porphyria, Sydenhams chorea, chloasma, heart rhythm/valve disorder, family history of thrombosis
heart attack or stroke and obesity, family history of breast cancer, depression (may get severe), systemic lupus erythematosus, migraine, cigarette smoking, lactation, hyperlipidaemia, gall bladder disease, Crohns disease or ulcerative colitis, haemolytic uraemic syndrome, unusual severe upper abdominal complaints, history of herpes
