How to Take It

Safety Alerts
Active GI bleeding or ulceration, history of GI bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy, history of recurrent GI haemorrhage or ulceration, severe heart failure, moderate to severe hepatic impairment
Important Warnings
Patients with renal impairment (particularly elderly patients), ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, risk factors for cardiovascular events, ulcerative colitis (may be exacerbated), uncontrolled hypertension, renal or hepatic impairment, monitor on long--term therapy, asthma, congestive heart failure or cirrhosis or those patients who are volume or salt depleted
