Coronary vasospasm, ischaemic heart disease, uncontrolled, moderate and severe hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, previous cerebrovascular accident, previous myocardial infarction, previous transient ischaemic attack, Prinzmetals angina, active GI bleeding or ulceration or haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes), severe heart failure, NSIAD induced allergy, hepatic and renal failure
Important Warnings
Predisposition to coronary artery disease, asthma, elderly, history of seizures, mild controlled hypertension, pre-existing cardiac disease, risk factors for seizures, renal or hepatic impairment (reduce dose), allergic disorders
